Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business growth
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech landscapes
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Foster strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
