- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and forecast emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3, Genomics) and their potential impact on the market.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research and development teams to translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technologies and future market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, including investors, engineers, and executive leadership, in a compelling manner.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the initiative for our internal innovation labs, fostering a culture of experimentation and 'blue sky' thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and Blockchain.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying disruptive trends and translating them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
