Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs, academic institutions, and global tech leaders
- Drive R&D prioritization and resource allocation for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor a high-performing innovation team in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- C-suite experience with strategic planning and P&L responsibility
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, scenario planning)
