Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale future-forward solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI on futuristic technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor R&D teams in next-generation technology integration methodologies

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
