Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, next-gen neural networks capable of processing real-time cognitive data streams.
- Lead the research and development roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives, including large language models and predictive analytics.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and explainability in a production environment.
- Mentor and mentor a team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Quantum AI and Edge Computing to integrate cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in high-traffic environments.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
