Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, AR/VR)
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, universities, and research institutions
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical technology governance and responsible innovation practices
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous financial oversight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
