You'll leverage advanced data modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis to transform foresight into strategic advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps across product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive threats
- Design and implement predictive analytics models for market evolution and customer behavior forecasting
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, marketing, and finance teams to align on future opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with compelling data visualizations
- Monitor and evaluate global innovation ecosystems for strategic partnership opportunities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports outlining disruptive forces and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or Business Analytics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Proficiency in strategic tools like Futures Wheel Analysis, Delphi Method, and Horizon Scanning
