- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Author thought leadership on emerging economic paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating future insights into billion-dollar opportunities
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
