- Represent company at global innovation forums (Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on technological disruption patterns
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
