Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models and technology adoption
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for Fortune 500 partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advose C-suite on emerging risks, opportunities, and paradigm shifts
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
