Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit showcasing emerging technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
