Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional labs in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advise C-suite on regulatory implications of exponential technologies
- Curate global innovation summits with Fortune 100 partners
- Author white papers on societal impact of neuro-quantum integration
- Manage $15M innovation portfolio with 30% YoY growth target
- Spin off 2-3 IP ventures annually through our accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ exponential technology deployments
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar tier
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi 2.0)
- Portfolio of launched innovations with >$100M market impact
