Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio of published futures research or innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
