Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI evolution, quantum computing, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for technological singularity events
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence executive decision-making
- Manage innovation pipelines integrating AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Present to industry conferences on future-proofing strategies for volatile markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) or Systems Thinking
- Prior consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients in transformation contexts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of executive-level presentations
- Award-winning case study demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
