Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate insights into 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning tools
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Present trend reports and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight knowledge repository
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or trend analysis
- Expertise in AI/ML applications, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills (Python/Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in tech or futurism publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
