Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Create ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Manage innovation lab operations and R&D budget allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D departments
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
