Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients integrating AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise on product development cycles aligned with 5-year technological inflection points
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
