Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 3-5 year industry transformations
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists and champion data-driven decision-making across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation in tech-driven environments
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation preferred
