Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Partner with R&D to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for future market positioning
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (preferred)
