Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Produce foresight reports and scenario analyses to guide executive decision-making

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
