Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech convergence patterns (AI x biotech x quantum) to identify market opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting next-gen human augmentation and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with future-proof business models
- Produce trend reports with 5-year horizon predictions using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Architect immersive innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical foresight methodologies and responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into commercial applications (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and weak signal detection
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Kumu.io or Foresight Platform
