Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Quantify emerging market opportunities through trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Design innovation pipelines for next-generation products and service ecosystems
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent strategies
- Author foresight reports and thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as an industry visionary
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
