Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary scenarios to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Champion a culture of radical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Monitor emerging technologies and their ethical implications for long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technological impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives driven by future insights
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
