- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to translate foresight into tangible product prototypes and business models
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to board members and investors with data-driven future projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation ecosystems to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies with measurable ROI
