Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future scenarios
- Author quarterly trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Build and maintain a network of academic, industry, and government futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or human-computer interaction
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Portfolio of trend analysis reports or innovation frameworks
