Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking and foresight methodologies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Spearboard thought leadership initiatives (whitepapers, keynotes, podcasts)
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFAP preferred)
