Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive forces and strategic implications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future scenarios with data-driven modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
