Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop future-focused innovation frameworks for product development teams
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and cross-functional partners
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for 2026 market landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Strategy preferred
