Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and climate tech
