Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Build innovation pipelines through startup scouting and academic partnerships
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience with foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
