Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026+ business transformation
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Design and validate innovation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Manage cross-disciplinary prototyping sprints with engineering teams
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption scenarios
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
