- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports for investor and stakeholder communications
- Curate executive workshops on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness maturity across departments
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
