Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market trends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-oriented solutions using agile methodologies
- Develop quantifiable innovation KPIs and track progress against strategic milestones
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present findings to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight.org)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
