Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI developments

- Develop patent-pending trend forecasting algorithms using our proprietary Foresight AI platform
- Direct cross-functional Future Labs prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Author quarterly '2026 Watch' trend reports distributed to 10K+ industry leaders
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through data-driven innovation proposals
- Mentor a team of 8 futurist researchers using our Future-Ready methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work in top-tier futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodology
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4 Turbo, Trendalyzer Pro)
- Track record of commercializing at least 3 disruptive innovations
- Security clearance for Pentagon-level innovation projects (preferred)
