Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech signals (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify market disruption opportunities through 2028
- Architect strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential change in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate resilience challenges
- Lead 'Future-Proofing' workshops with Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership reports published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Mentor internal innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier technology investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for at least two disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves and S-curves
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech ethics or regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Track record of influencing enterprise strategy through futures research
