Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with rapid prototyping methodologies
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Design and facilitate horizon-scanning workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementation for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Advanced proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology ethics (required)
