Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Author compelling innovation roadmaps for 2026+ implementation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Curate an internal futurist knowledge hub and mentor emerging talent
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
