- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS certification preferred)
