Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership
- Design scenario-planning models to quantify disruption risks across 15+ industry verticals
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and publish future-focused research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative/qualitative futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
- Experience leading global remote teams and managing cross-cultural stakeholder ecosystems
