Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for emerging sectors including AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Strong proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical and business audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or published research
