Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities and disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify strategic inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and prototyping future-facing products and services
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market potential and ROI for innovation initiatives using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding foresight methodologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives and global teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight
