Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive leadership and translate complex insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with global partners to co-create next-generation products
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social shifts to anticipate their impact on industry evolution
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
