Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype quantum computing and metaverse applications
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems integration
- Partner with R&D to commercialize next-gen biotech and climate tech solutions
- Present future-state roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients with executive storytelling
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, and climate engineering
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully commercialized future-facing products
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to actionable strategies
