- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for C-suite decision-making
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Establish industry partnerships with academic and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or quantum computing domains
