- Produce annual innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on future-of-work paradigms
- Oversee the development of AI-powered horizon scanning tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing transformative strategies in tech or biotech
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
