You'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement to navigate complex technological disruptions while driving ethical innovation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Build predictive models for technology adoption and societal transformation
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing research initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., ACSP preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
