Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce forward-looking trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and behavioral economics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
