Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio of published futures research or thought leadership
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent preferred
