Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Translate foresight research into product development pipelines
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership
- Publish annual Future State reports for industry impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FFR)
- Prior C-suite advisory experience preferred
