Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and emerging innovations to develop strategic 2026-2030 roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning Innovate Future Labs as a future authority
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track impact against industry benchmarks
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies or methodologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with complex datasets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies
